KBM FOR CIVILIANS
The KBM for civilians program gives people all sorts of training tools and methods of protection and counter-attack.
The main emphases of this program is on building shoulder and hip strength, flexibility, improving concentration, stabilizing body and mind, environment orientation, and exercising self-defense.
The training focuses on getting yourself out of an attacker's grip/hold.
As you advance in the belt rank, the training heightens in its intensity. You will learn more and more about defense against dangers, increase your level of combat endurance, and integrate more combat and security principles.
The training is always adjusted to the trainee's age and abilities.
The KBM for civilians belt rank is similar to what you will find in traditional martial arts.
